PROGRAMME OF EVENTS FOR 2025

Our Events Programme for 2025 is here

MARCH

8th March BARN DANCE

– Doors open at 6pm when you will be checked in.
– Pasties will be available from 6.15pm on with the meat and veg readily available.
– For those who asked for gluten free / vegan etc these will be kept separately.
– Disposable wooden knives and forks will be available, along with Heinz tomato ketchup and HP sauce.
– If you want a proper knife and fork or other condiments – please bring your own.
– If you are able to bring a side dish to share, that would be great. 1st dance will be around 7.15 to 7.30 once the band has set up.

Additional entertainment has been planned for the interval whilst we munch on cakes or puddings, so please bring some of these along.

You will need to bring your own drinks.  We also advise having a bottle of water readily available to save trips in and out of the kitchen.

Finally, if we can have a few volunteers at the end of the evening to help tidy up, put the tables / chairs away, sweep the floor etc, that would be great.

17th March – 3rd WINTER TALKUnderwater Surveying Operations for the Mary Rose by Nigel Kelland at Bere Alston Bowling Club, doors open at 7:00pm for a 7:30pm start and open to all.
